Shipping and Returns
Submitting an order to Primeline Tools Inc. on-line, electronically, or by telephone and your subsequent acceptance of our Order Confirmation either by signing it or by indicating your approval electronically is a conditional acceptance by Primeline Tools Inc. of your consent to purchase products from us and confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale as set forth below.
We cannot guarantee that all orders purchased through Primeline Tools Inc. will be 100% consistent in quality and make. Minor variations in consistency are inherent to the manufacturing process. By placing your order with Primeline Tools Inc. you agree to accept merchandise with such reasonable manufacturing variations.
The information on this Website is protected by copyright laws and intellectual property rights. You will need a written authorization from Primeline Tools Inc. to use this information. Partial or total reproduction or diffusion is strictly prohibited (information, text, images, graphics or others) without Primeline Tools Inc. express authorization.
Primeline Tools Inc. warrants to the Customer of each product sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Products which do not conform to their description or which are defective in material or workmanship will, by Primeline Tools Inc. decision, be replaced or repaired, or, at Primeline Tools Inc. option, credit for the original purchase price may be allowed provided that Customer notifies Primeline Tools Inc. in writing of such defect within one (1) year of delivery and Customer returns such products in accordance with Primeline Tools Inc. instructions. No products may be returned without Primeline Tools Inc. prior written authorization.
Primeline Tools Inc. makes no other warranty or representation of any kind with respect to the products, either express or implied, including without limitation, that of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Failure to make any claim in writing, or within the one (1) year period set forth above, shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the products and an admission by the Customer that the products fully comply with all terms, conditions and specifications of the Customer purchase order or accepted Order Confirmation. Primeline Tools Inc. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, damage or loss resulting from inability to use the products, increased operating costs or loss of sales, or any other damages.
The foregoing constitutes the Customer sole and exclusive remedy and Primeline Tools Inc. sole obligation with respect to products furnished hereunder.
Please allow up to 2 business days to have your order processed by our staff prior to shipment. The majority of our orders are processed within our standard 2 business day processing time, however, some orders may experience slightly longer than normal processing times. Rest assured we are processing all orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that selecting an 'Express' shipping method does not change the processing time for an order.
Shipping and Delivery
Primeline Tools currently ships to Canada and the US. For all other countries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form here to inquire about ordering and shipping.
As a supplier of essential goods for the construction industry, the Primeline team is continuing to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to ship our products to customers. Please be advised that for international orders (any country outside our warehouse location in Canada), there may be additional safety measures imposed at your country's borders. If your country is not accepting parcels from overseas, we advise you to wait for such measures to be lifted.
As we cannot control the regulations imposed by your local government, we will not be able to issue refunds in the event of an order made to a country with a closed border. We appreciate your understanding.
Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from the order date. If you would like to make additions or changes to your order, please contact us immediately after ordering, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change. If the order has already been packed or shipped, we will not be able to make additional changes.
Once your order is placed, you will receive your order confirmation immediately. Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent out after 2 business days once all or part of your order is shipped, . All orders ship from our warehouse located in Toronto.
These timelines are provided as a guide and can vary due to carrier delays due to COVID-19, and other special events and circumstances. We recommend using the tracking information when available to ensure your order is delivered successfully.

Primeline is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These charges are the full responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
Orders must provide correct shipping information and if necessary, provide a P.O. Box number. If any order does not have a complete and valid shipping address the order will be cancelled within 3 business days if no response from the customer is received to correct said error(s).

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Primeline is not responsible for any losses or damages. Carriers across North America are facing delays due to extreme volume, so if your order has not arrived yet, it is most likely still in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local postal or courier service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.
We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities. However, will not provide a replacement or refund in cases of change of mind or customer error. Refunds or replacements can only be issued for manufacturing defects in our products.
Furthermore, we cannot offer returns on the following safety equipment lines as we cannot guarantee their condition after they reach the customer: anchors, connectors, harnesses, lanyards, lifelines, safety kits, tie downs and Tool Ties tool safety lanyards. All purchases for these products are final, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Please make sure the products comply with the safety regulations in your region before making your purchase. Products being exchanged due to sizing differences will incur a $7.00 handling and stocking fee.
Payment Terms and Conditions
We accept the following payment methods for online orders: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Amex cards will not be accepted, furthermore the country of issuance for payment must match the displayed currency. American payment methods will not be accepted for Canadian orders and vice-versa.
Upon placing an online order your payment method will be provisioned for available funds, you may see this as a pending charge. Once the payment method is verified to have the funds your order will be processed. Upon the order being shipped the funds will then be taken out of your account. Once the order has been charged, the order is final and you may not make any changes after this point.
